We create your personalized item, and process it for shipping in 3 to 5 days, although we try to get an order out sooner, if at all possible. We ship by U.S. Postal Service. Personalized Cd's will ship priority mail. All name poems will ship first class mail. Shipping may take longer depending on your location and holidays. On rare occasions, it may take a bit longer. All shipping rates apply to packages shipped inside the US Only!!!

Return Merchandise Policy
1. All sales Are Final. As we strive to provide our customers with the best products on the market today, we realize that there may be issues that come up from time to time due to no fault of our customers. However, as our products are customized and personalized for a particular person, all sales are final. That is why it is very important that you provide us with the correct information before we make your personalized products. Once an item is personalized for you, it then becomes your property and is unsellable to someone else.
2. Defective Products will be replaced, at no cost to our customers, if product was defective at time of manufacture. Precious Tunes reserves the right to refuse replacement if defects could have possibly been caused by purchaser. Precious Tunes also reserves the right to have any defective products returned to us, before any replacement product will be shipped, if there is a dispute as to how the product became defective. We are human and we do make mistakes, however, we will not replace a product if purchaser is negligible. We carefully make each cd, checking it for quality before shipping it to your loved one. Customer service is very important to us. Please call or email us with any questions you may have. Because of the personalization of the product, we do not give refunds, but will exchange for the same name and the same cd within 14 days if there is a mistake on our part, or a manufacturing defect.
